i’m issuing a “FUCK. YOU. VERY. MUCH.” on behalf of myself and every other black woman who has been told in some way or another EVERY SINGLE DAY of her life that she is nowhere near as beautiful as her white counterparts.

I don’t really find it offensive any way if someone has preferences for who they are attracted to because even if it’s informed by a prejudice it’s not a conscious choice really. Okay, if you go on about it (and you’re a white dude) all the time then you are a racist dickhead. But it’s weird to demand people be equal-opportunities-employers in their personal lives.
